The lamp beads used in this product are imported from Asahi Kasei, and in 2018 our company reached a deep cooperation with Asahi Kasei and CIS company to exclusively import UV sterilisation lamp beads, and became the only company in the world to get the agent to sell products made of this lamp beads.
Advantages of this lamp bead:
1. Ultra-long life. There is a choice of 5000 or 30000 hours of service life. If you use it for 12,000 hours, 1 hour per day, it will last you about 32.8 years.
2. Overcurrent sterilisation, on and off, 0.001s start-up speed, low energy consumption, no mercury pollution, environmental protection and energy saving, can retain the mineral elements in the water, to meet the nutritional elements needed by the human body.
3. This product uses ultraviolet sterilisation wavelength of 265nm (research and certification of sterilisation effect in the highest intensity of the wavelength of 265nm-268nm or so), many UVC LEDs on the market can not be done to achieve a stable 265nm, only between 270-280nm.
4. The special cavity of the product is made of imported PTFE material, which can reflect the ultraviolet light from multiple angles, and irradiate the ultraviolet light to every corner of the cavity as quickly as possible, and sterilise the water. And we design the diameter of the water inlet end to meet the flow of our products, you can start the sterilisation work at the same time as the water comes in.
5. Our products can comply with RoHS, REACH, NSF, CE and other certificates.
In 2021, our UV sterilisation module passed the NSF 55 sterilisation certification.
2023 Germicidal faucet passed NSF 372 low lead certification.
