We supply galvanized steel wire, fence wire, spring wire, cable tie and metal wire mesh for construction. Galvanized iron wire is made of low-carbon steel bar after being hard drawn and galvanized. Electro Galvanized Wire is provided in the form of coil, bobbin, cutting wire, loop wire or U-shaped wire. The galvanized layer is different according to specific requirements. Hot Dipped Galvanzied Wire is made by hot-dip galvanizing process, an effective metal anti-corrosion method, mainly used in metal structure facilities in various industries. 3. Different processes

There are many processing techniques for Hot Dipped Galvanzied Wire.

After degreasing, pickling, dipping, and drying, the workpiece is immersed in a molten zinc bath and raised for a certain period of time to make it hot-dip galvanized. Some hot-dip pipe fittings are processed in this way.

Electro Galvanized Wire is processed by electrolytic equipment.

After degreasing, pickling and other processes, it is immersed in a solution containing zinc salt, connected to electrolysis equipment, and deposited on the workpiece during the directional movement of the positive and negative electrodes.

4. Different appearance

The overall appearance of Hot Dipped Galvanzied Wire is slightly rough, which will produce process water lines, dripping tumors, etc., especially at one end of the workpiece, the overall appearance is silvery white.

The surface of Electro Galvanized Wire is relatively smooth, mainly yellow-green, of course, there are also colorful, blue-white, white and green light. There is basically no zinc tumor, agglomeration, etc. in the entire workpiece.
